When excitement becomes a problem

Being excited about something isn't bad at all, don't get me wrong, but too much excitement can lead to a serious problem. If it's a calm day without much work to do or problems to solve and you finaly have enough time to just relax your body and mind, but, instead of doing that, you feel like you should be doing something big or you'll waste your day. Does this sound familiar to you? You just can't sit down and drink a cup of coffee in peace and relax without doing something. At the end of the day you feel like a train wreck and just want to hit the bed.   Photo by Jeremy Cai on Unsplash Don't give yourself impossible tasks. Spen

Clear the clutter in your head

Do you worry too much?

Why complaining is a bad habit?

How to fill you soul with positivity

Trust is essential

What is success, anyway?

I failed. It's ok.

Why should you keep a daily journal

Stand up for yourself

Do you have anxiety?

Flaws in the structure of charitable organizations?
